Hello everyone,

I am new here and didn't have the time to read all the post yet so maybe this has already been covered. If so, can you please direct me to the right post? Anyhow, my question is can anyone please give some advice on how to choose a koi pond installer/contractor?
What should I look for and expect? What should be the deciding factor? Or at least please share any bad experience story so I can learn from other people's mistakes. I never seem to have any luck with contractors.

Yelena, first I would suggest that you join a local club. If you have already done so, hopefully some of the members can assist you in your selection of materials and contractor.

If you are not fortunate to have a local club, then ask to see some of the ponds that the various contractors have built and speak to the owners (without the contractor present)
