I just purchased one of these. Does 90 gph. This is the biggest that I could find. Got it in today so I have yet to test it out.

I also want information on this as I just bought a small 3 tier fountain waterfall from home depot and was looking into getting a solar powered pump instead of the electric one it came with.

I realize it's probably 3, or 4 years too late, but I recently got mine at fountainmountain.com. I have the FT-752, with a battery backup, and it works really well for my waterfall, or even a fountain. It moves 160 gallons per hour. It can be found here; https://fountainmountain.com/products.php?al=solarpumps Good luck!
