hi everyone thank you for your time in advance. my problem is the area i want to install my pond is watered by my sprinklers with city water, ie chlorine and all the bad stuff that we try to get out of the water. is a little bit of water a day ok? the pond is only about 50 gal. i would like to be able to put some goldfish in there but i dont want to kill them. would i be able to just add water conditioner once a week or something? any ideas would be great.

I actually used the mister on my hose a lot this summer to add water to the pond and did not use any conditioner. The water stayed clearer than ever and the fish seemed to enjoy the gentle rush of the water. I have had my pond for about ten years. Good luck with the new pond.
