Hi I am interested in getting myself a Miniature Pot bellied pig and had a few questions first

I am looking at a male right now does it make a difference on what sex you get?

Do I have to build like a pen or anything for the pig so he can live outside? Oh and I plan on making him an Outside/Inside pig so he sleeps and stays outside for awhile but comes in for awhile too

Does anyone know of a good vet in Virginia to get a pig neutered?
