Hi Joe,

So very sorry your question was never answered, I would not let the bunny run around outside without you, to many other animals that could harm your bunny if they could get through a fence. Such as cats... large birds/hawks, so forth. There are rabbit pens that are quite large with a nice run /small wire fencing, that you might have your parents look into for you.

Just do a search on rabbit runs.... and see what comes up.

As far as having the bunny in your room, may be tough for me to answer if your parents are set against it. Maybe a shed/ or basement/ laundry room. They are fine in the house if they are kept clean, theres no problem. Great pet to have inside.

I have always kept bunnies in the house. Maybe they may go for it if it was not in your room/ but in another part of the house , as I mentioned. They will not smell if kept nice. I wish you all the best Joe and hope you are still lurking here. Take care buddy !
