any cichlids that will go well in a 29 g

i got a 29 gal. tank for free, and was wanting to put some cichlids in it but from what i know they all get too big any ideas?

A 1M 2 or 3F combo would work in a 29 gallon of these two cichlids that I know of (from experience):

pseudotropheus saulosi
