Digital water testers?

ltkettch17 Oct 21, 2008 08:16 PM

Does anyone use digital water testers?

If so, what brand/model and what do you test?

Specifically I want to test hardness, but I'd really like an "all-in-one" tester. I hate spending time filling up little test tubes and trying to match colors to a master. Nothing ever looks just right.

If you use something for hardness, what units does it measure in?

btw: I'm new to this board, if anyone can point me in a good direction (other sites, for example) I'd really appreciate any help I can get. I've been keeping fish for about 15 years now, and I've recently been making an effort to become more educated and disciplined about the hobby. I've been doing a lot of reading and trying to stay regular with my water changes.

Welcome to the boards.

I'm the moderator here, and I wanted to be the first to welcome you. I currently don't have any fish, or cool water testing supplies. I will be promoting your post so that others are more likely to come across your post. I'm sure there are people that use digital water testers.
