Are you treating velvet or what is your reasoning for using Acriflavine? There is conflicting evidence on whether it will affect the eggs. Some places say it will, and other say it won't. I think if you are treating just an individual fish you should treat it in a hospital tank, but if you need to treat the whole tank then do so as long as all your inhabitants will be safe with the treatment. Most of the sites I looked at, large quanitities affected the eggs' development and resulted in defects. I don't know what is considered high to that site as they didn't mention it. How long have you been using Acriflavine? Did you just start or have you been using it since you had eggs? I would remove the treatment as soon as you are done treating. Most treatments have a maximum time frame in which you can safely use the medication.
