I have a solid black Molly, ive had her a little over a month now and she is with 3 platys, another molly a sucker fish, and a ghost catfish. Sha has already dropped, (just 2 fry, 1 didnt make it out of the 2), and she pregnant again, but my concern is she has white almost like fuzzy spots on her. Is something growing on her? Shes very hungry and all the other fish wont come near her, which is odd bc usually the platy and Molly move in a school formation. Can someone please tell me if shes sick and what i can do to help? thanks..

The white fuzzy spots could be a couple different things. They could be ick, a fungus, or costia/ chilodonella. I've included a website for you to look at the symptoms. Let me know what you think it resembles the most. Some of the treatments they list on that site aren't correct (there are safer treatments) while others are fine to use. Do you know your water parameters? Sometimes water quality will cause illness in the tank. Please tell me when you do your water changes (when your last change was and how much you changed). This helps me get a better understanding of the environment she's in.
