It could just be an air bubble. Is she acting strange? Eating?
How are your water parameters? How often are your water changes and how much?

She's not acting strangely and has been eating fine. It's been there for a few months. I do a 20% water change every week and a 40% as well as a gravel cleaning every month.
20% is a bit much for an every week cleaning, and the 40% is also. Changing too much of the water at once can lead to issues with the beneficial bacteria, and that can lead to stressed fish (and sick fish). Are your water parameters ok? If so, she's probably fine...she shouldn't be sick if her environment is healthy.
Happy Halloween.
