5 days ago I saw two of my female acei cichlid mouth brooding for the first but a couple of days later its seems that they either ate it or they spit the eggs out so now theres no more eggs is that normal for a first timer mouth brooder and when will they do it again?

Every mother is different. Some are very good their first time, and others need to learn how to be good mothers. It is also possible that they never learn to be good mothers, and will eat their babies every time. I'm not positive on when they will have more.

Good luck.
