Please Help me with my Thraupis bonarien

I have Just aquired a pair of Thraupis bonariensis or blue and yellow Tanagers and i was wondering on the best diet for them they are a male and female pair ive had them sexed and i know the eat fruit and insects but was still wondering what i should feed them and what amounts any help would be great thanks in advance
