My Males are now fighting!

frazzledmomof2 Jan 03, 2009 09:41 AM

I originally started of with two male zebra's but yesterday aquired a much larger cage and decided to get to female zebra's. I was told this was a good time to introduce the females since they are going into a new cage. I'm now noticing that the two males who were once the best of friends are now chasing each other around the cage. Will this pass? Any information would be so helpfull!

I should hope it passes, but I would try seperating the pairs into two cages. I had two male finches, Ichthys and Slain, who started off good friends before Slain pecked Ichthys to death randomly. Since then I have owned many more finches with no issues so I guess it's just the luck of the draw.
