I have 2 male canaries who are sick. They became sick right after they had babies with their females. They were fine until they started taking care of their females and babies. They sit hunched on their bellies on the bottom of the cage. It seemed to happen overnight. One day they were singing the next down on the bottom of the cage. They seem to be eating and everything. I have tried giving them tetracycline from store for 5 days. Also tried tri sulfa powder mixed in water for 7 days. Tried using cherry juice in water (thinking maybe gout). Please help I miss my singing males!!!!!!!Also the babies and moms are fine.
