I am completely confused when it comes to cocktiel color mutations and genetics. I did find a site though that may help answer your questions. It explains a bit about genetics and I believe gives info on what to expect. Let me know if it helps!
American Cockatiel Society Home Page
I found a different site that looks better for plotting colors. With the combinations you have it looks quite difficult to plot the colors and leaves a bunch of possiblities. I tried doing a bit of the plotting for your colors and came up so confused I had to quit. I was ending up with several white face pied pearl lutinos (which if I figure right
should be a visual artificial albino and several white face pied pearl split to lutino which probably wouldn't be visual albino along with some Pearl Pied Lutinos and WF Pearl Pied and so on. The list kept getting longer and I decided I wouldn't be able to make a good prediction LOL! So give this site a try and see what you come up with
Nitas Nest Mutation Plotting
As I had mentioned before LOL I am not very good with the mutations so I did a little research on several sites. A whiteface lutino (albino) (considered an artificial albino or sex-linked albino) will on most occassions have pink legs, beak, and red/pink eyes. That being said when searching the sites I did find a few (but not a lot) of references to whiteface lutinos with blue grey eyes. Some said this may be a cinnamon or pied coloration coming through from its breeding line. Either way they are not considered an albino but yes they do seem to be quite a bit rarer than a red eyed one. I really don't know what this amounts to when placing a dollar value on them and it would probably depend on when selling if you sold to another breeder wanting these characteristics or if selling to an individual wanting a pet quality bird, that just happened to be this color.
Sorry posted under wrong message LOL!! Will copy it up above
