Hello, just wondering where all the ekki owners are. I have a male SI and a female SI, both coming up on a year old. They are wonderful birds, and just LOVE attention. It's amazing to me how much more gentle they are then my other birds. I have a conure, lovebirds, parrotlet, and parakeets. My ekkis are my babies though, and the conure well she just wants to be an ekki LOL. So, anyone else?? I'll post some pics too!

We have a female VOS eclectus who is part of the family we have also had several others pass through the rescue but Scarlett is ours. She tries to be queen of the roost. One minute she is all sweet and cuddly, wants scritches, wants to be on your lap, your hand etc. The next minute she is acting sweet says come 'ere and will nail you faster than you can blink. She just wants to keep us on our toes. And speaking of toes I always have to laugh when she is running around on the floor she does this kind of hop wobble that is hilarious but then of course she goes after the nearest foot
