My Cock Japanese Quail appears to be very ill. His entire body has swelled up like a balloon. He is still eating fine but is now finding it hard to move around. What could be wrong with him?
Any help would be much appreciated.

I have no idea, but if he is still alive, you need to get him to a vet immediately.
Even if he isn't alive, you really should have a necropsy done. Find out what it is so you can protect the rest of your flock.
