bare patch on ringneck dove

One of my f ringnecks has a bare patch on the left side of belly from the middle to leg and up to wing. I thought it was just some feathers it lost after sitting on some eggs, but it has been at least a month and the feathers have not grown back. Also, no pin feathers. Any ideas?
