i am new to having a duckling we have a two week old duckling she or he was fine this evening then i checked on her again two hours later and she can not move she just lays there can some one tell me whats wrong?

It could be failure to thrive, it could be a congenital defect, it could be disease. No way to know without taking it to a vet.
If you haven't located an avian vet, it's time to do so.
Let me know what happens, please.
