very ill duck

Hi can anyone help. One of my duck died last week, he was dragging his wing, on inspection I found a lump under his wing, he was eating and drinking and seemed quite happy. UNfortunatly he died, I have now noticed one of my other ducks has a lump in the same place, what can I do???
