help baby chick won't eat

I have a baby chick not sure what kind but has chipmunk like markings and greenish legs. He is only a couple of days old possibly 5 but he got chilled 2 days ago my husband warmed him up and we separated him from the others. We have been giving him sugar water but he won't eat i was hoping to get some suggestions so we do not loose him. He is under a heat lamp.
