Please identify this wild baby bird ?

I found this baby bird on my porch, seemed like it was just learning how to fly and landed and didnt want to leave. I want to get it healthy enough to have it fly away on its own. What can I feed him/here ? Do they like water ? If i can just know what type of bird it is, I can look up a Care Sheet on the species. Thanks in advance !
