Gelding Names!!

botchlatear Dec 02, 2004 09:02 PM

Help!
I'm in the process of adopting an 11 month old gelding currently named Sundance. I really don't think that name fits him whatsoever. Anyone have any unique gelding names?

Sundance in July

I'm thinking maybe Midas Touch. As his offical show name of course.

How funny! I just bought a new gelding named Sundance as well! It kiiiiiinda suits him, in the Native American pintoy-appaloosaishy way. But... no. I renamed him Boo after Boo from To Kill a Mockingbird. (He's sweet, calm, friendly, but kinda shy, ultra cute! He leaves me presents overnight every morning for me to find in his stall, how sweet! and I'm sure if I'm ever being attacked by a killer he'll save my life... right? Right?) Hmm... for him, how's his personality? I love nameing animals... I really do.
Have faith, the right one will come to you.
In the meantime, just as a nickname... how about something like Mars? Or os that too much? He looks cute, but Mars is good if he's energetic. What about Tommy, Striker, Tully? What's he like, do you know?

I was listening to music just now and decided on his name.
I'm going to be calling him Sinatra.
His show name will be Come Fly With Me. Which is great because I will be training him to be a jumper!
How exciting!!
