Hi, I thought I would introduce myself. My name is Jenna. I am 23 years old and have been riding for 10 years. I have one horse, a 19 month old gelding named CB No Colored Copy, by Copy Of A Page, called Hickory. I show him in halter and am getting him ready for showmanship. Hickory in a Breeding Stock Paint and is very quiet. He was just in a parade a few weeks ago and looked bored the whole time. I will post up a picture later. Well I guess that is all for now. Anyone else bringing up a baby or have a Page Impressive horse?

Hope to hear from you guys soon,

Jenna

Hi Jenna!

Welcome to the HorseHobbyist! Sounds like you've done good raising your colt if he was bored at a parade He'll be great when he gets older because nothing will bother him. Do you plan to ride him on down the road also or is he strictly for halter?

He was main mainly bred for halter and performance but he is acually looking more like a Western Pleasure horse. I showed him one time in lounge line and took a first. He naturaly carries his head level and jogs really slow. He is just beautiful to look at. I have been asked if he has Arab in him because of how small and pretty his head is. I am planning on doing some competive trails with him as well as showing him All Around. I am going to begin breaking him in early this summer. He has allready had a bareback pad (which I always use to introduce girth pressure to the young ones), an English saddle, and a light weight Abetta Western saddle. I lean way over his back and ground drive him in a halter. He is really ready to go he just is too small right now, but I will be riding him. Below is a link to his sire's page and his sire's pic.
