I recieved a 2 year old filly who has a lump or bump on the left side of her neck (stand behind face butt that way your and her left side are same) this make her neck pretty stiff I had an equine massage done on her and now her neck is not as stiff but I dont know what this can be do you or have you heard of anything like this?

how long has it been there?
It could be an allergic reaction to a bite. It could also be an ulcer or something worse. I would just have your vet check it out. That can be really serious.
