well really she is a paint thoughobred her mom is a dapple grey thoughobred and her dad was a sorral overo paint . she is very cute extreamly bold and extreamly friendly she loves people at 1 month old she would leave her mom and come running over to me when i came to visit she is comming dow to my farm july 14th she will be 3 mo old any way i was wondering right now she is a redish color the lady said a red dun ( please correct if she is wrong ) but she has not shed out yet she is starting to and the skin under her fur is black . do you think that she will shed out a different color or stay the same she is red and white with a dark line going down her spine . If so what color do yo think she way shed out the lady said i had a 50/50 chance of her sheding out grey like her mom becasue she said allot of duns or sorrels turn grey . also can you tell me if she is a tobanio or overo i am thinking overo .

Congrats on your new baby!! I wish I could help you with the colors, but never was good at that. Post more pictures when you can....

Cute baby! I don't know what color she'll be when she sheds out, but she is definitely overo.

Good luck with her!

Hi, she is an overo (white does not cross back btwn mane & tail) there are more patterns than just overo & tobiano, but you needent worry, she is a clear overo. She should probably shed out to a red dun.

Check out APHA.com for lots of info. Its a great place, I am a huge paint person, but have a solid, ha! (SPB)
