Help for newbie

melinda27858 Feb 01, 2008 09:24 PM

My new boy is an unregistered appy. I do have the papers for his father though, but am unable to find any info about him other than what is on his papers.

His sire is VS Regals Baldy and I was wondering what the "VS" stands for?????

Thanks!
Melinda

It's likely to be initials for a farm or name. A lot of breeders use that to help identify their stock, or in some cases, use a name that's already taken by adding their initials to it and making it different.
