I need this bit of information for something I'm writing. I know that if you're going to debud a goat it has to be done within days of its birth. But I was wondering when the horns get big enough for you to see them just by looking.
Thanks.

You can see the little horn buds within days after birth usually, and then within a couple of weeks, you'll have small spikes. Hope that helps a bit

Anytime!
So now, do tell, what are you writing? And do you have goats or are you just learning about them? They are great little critters to have around if you have the room. Of course, they can get into their share of mischief too!
