this morning my female goat was shaking all over and cough/weezing.what is wrong with her,should i worm her?she didn't want to eat either.

You need to have her seen by a vet! This time of year its common for goats to get pneumonia and other respiratory illnesses which could kill her if not treated. Please call your vet...
