Dehorning goats

HELP!!!!!A.S.A.P.
I had a vet dehorn my baby on Saturday, and now there is alot of moisture around the buds. What is Wrong? Is there anything I can do? This is my first baby goat and I don't want anything to happen to him. Anyone with info please email me at nidawi23@aol.com
