RED Knee molted but looks limp?

hi my mexican red knee just molted but her legs look bent up

and flimsy...is this normal?

Doesn't sound normal, but hard to say. Do you have a picture? Their exoskeleton is very soft right after a molt and they usually stretch it out before it hardens. Maybe it will fix itself.
