Hey I,ve Strated three roach colonies Hissers,dubia,and lobsters and and starting to take off.I find adult hissers a bit to large for my dragons and the lobsters a bit to small as one lizard can 20 the dubia's are close but I'm looking for a roach large and soft that 2or3 a day will fill them up any Idea's I thought about discoids

Really the dubia roaches are the best. They still have a soft shell in the adult stage. I think if you feed your beardie around 5-6 he is getting enough live food for the day. The rest should be salad. Anything over that is over feeding your beardie. With that in mind a nice size colony is still needed. Hissers are too hard shelled to be a good food source for the beardies. To much undigestable pieces.
