It's been way too quiet here for way too long.
Hope all are well.

Emily and Eddie are enjoying a brand new kitty bed -- it's the first rectangular one I've bought them and they seem to really like it. More room to stretch out and, consequently, fewer squabbles.

What has everyone else been up to?

rigby has been wearing his halloween costume, or, more like i've been making him put it on. I will have to post a picture. he looks like a pumpkin. as long as i tell him in a high pitch voice "such a pretty boy", he will stay in it. hahaha.

on other news, i think we need a heated bed. Rigby and Izzy have been laying on the stove after we use the oven and gathering the extra heat.... it's not even that cold out!

Too cute!!!
That wouldn't last 10 seconds on either Emily or Eddie!

I have to be really careful with the radiators in my office. Emily is always getting up on one or the other of them and they can get really hot. In fact, she burned her tummy on one last year -- so now I wear and extra sweater and keep them at a dull roar...

Do you have one of those fire-safe blankets? my old apartment had a radiator and once rigby burned his feet. so i used to put one over the radiator and rigby would sit on it...

What a great idea! (Assuming you mean anything that says it won't burst into flames?)
Thanks for the tip!!

Dulcie has a new friend. My snuggie. All I have to do is pick it up and she's there with a hurry-up look. when I sit down she's all over me. Bunny likes it too.

I've missed everyone's pictures and posts! It was always so nice to come and chat with the other tonk lovers... don't leave again!

My two girls are doing well. Spent all morning snuggling with Sina under the covers... the only thing I like about cold weather! Just found out the other day that Sina is allergic to fish. Bought her fish flavored cat treats and then noticed a few days later that she had scabs along her back. Apparently this is a very common allergy. Anyone else have a tonk with fish allergies?

Terry- I bought a blanket once that the cats became obsessed with! It was just this cheap synthetic blanket, but the second it came out the cats would come snuggle. We still joke about the mystical powers of "the purple blanket".

I wasn't aware of the fish allergy issue. Fortunately, neither Emily nor Eddie has that problem. Which is good, because they love those canned salmon dinners I give them (wild salmon florentine is their special favorite).
