Warning here. Do not serve your cat cooked bones. They can splinter and cut into the cat's mouth and stomach. Cats are carnivores and can eat RAW bones as long as that are small. Remember, cats eat bird bones RAW and that birds that FLY (not chickens) have hollow, lightweight bones. Chickens have very heavy bones in comparison to the bones in flying smaller birds.

There is no "home cook" who can pulverize dried bones the way a commercial place makes bonemeal.

So, if you go RAW, be sure the diet is truly RAW.
