My cat seems stress (one eyelid is half closed). If I were to get some blood work done what would they look for? What do I tell the vet? I'm sure I cannot afford "the works."

Her diet is made up of baked (hormone-free) chicken breast with a little cod liver oil, Wellness canned food and Evo dry food. She gets sardines every couple of months.

She is an indoor cat and is overdue for vaccinations.

I'm wondering if she has ingested too many carpet fibers from her cat tree/scratching post.

If one eyelid is half closed, I would look for an ulcer on the cornea or a growth on the eyelid. Since only one eye is affected, it is unlikely to be a systemic problem, so I see no indication for bloodwork. The only vaccination an adult cat should get is rabies once every 3 years, if state law requires it. Her diet sounds good, except for the dry food; no cat should be eating dry food.
