I intend setting up the first FELINE SHELTER in Ghana and want to use this forum to appeal to all cat lovers to help me do that. There are many stray cats walking our streets who need a place they can call home. Please me send me advise and tips on how to go about this.

If you currently reside in the United States, you may want to visit some of your area/regional Humane Societies/SPCAs and talk to the management there.
There may be support on Humane Society and similar online websites/FaceBook pages in their forums, etc.
You may find help here, but many are pet lovers that are involved in our communities as Vet Techs, with the SPCA, and with rescue organizations, but may not have the focused help you need to stand-up, manage, and operate the shelter from a business sense (employment, medical supplies, etc.) side of the house.
The very best on your venture! Whatever you accomplish will only help!

Yes, but contacting the organizations I mentioned online might help you considerably with the business, management, supply end of it, as well as contacting the Humane Society in your own country for tips.

Oh, I just picked up on the word "our" streets, which means you are not posting from the US, Great Britain, etc...
Online will be your best tool with SPCA/Humane Society in the US, Great Britain (they call it Humane Society, as well), and other countries that have facilities similar to what you are looking for.
I did find links to similar support in your country, so your shelter may not be the first ever. So, if this is a scam of some sort, you may need to further explain yourself before anyone would send money, if that was your next step in the process on this board.
