Happy New Year to all of our MCV Family! Sparkle, crab is furry good. Mommy has shared some with me. Imitation crab is pretty good too, and I do dearly love shrimp and tuna (we only get a little tuna though). We are still enjoying some leftover turkey from Christmas, too.

She roasted a big chikn on Kitmas Efe an I get a little bit of the unseasoned brest meet at nite. A liddle bit, I don eat much. Tonite is da last of it.

Unfortunately, I don't get to eat that well as often as I'd like, because the really yummy seafood costs lots of greenpapers. Mommy does share everything that won't hurt me though, so if she gets it, I get it too.

Oh, Mommy made a good dessert for the church fellowship tonight. It's called chocolate-peppermint striped delight. Everybody loved it. It has a nilla wafer crumb crust, then a layer of cream cheese and Cool Whip with crushed candy canes, then a layer of chocolate pudding, topped with a layer of Cool Whip topped with little chunks of candy canes. She is making it again for a trip to visit her father on Monday after a school trip to the Civil War Museum in Harrisburg.

I shur no dat! Dis is proply de only time I get cwab meet. Da naybors no haf greenpapers, effer, but on Mew Yeers Efe, dey make dis each yeer. I twied da liddle chunk of cwab meet last nite and LUFF it. I fink Mommy need to win da lottery!

She shares roasted chickn brest wif me when hers makes it or gets one at da groshery store. Sos, about once erry two munfs,
I get chickn brest for about a week.

Da chickn is gone, da cwab is gone. Mommy gos bak to werk tomorrow. We twying to enjoy dis last day of pwetend retirement and cant wate until Mommy retires in 10 yeers…

Youse Mommys dessert sounds nummy! Mommy sed she LUFFS da pudding layered desserts like da one you descwibed! Dey always a big hit at werk wen sumone brings dem in.

My mommy doesn't have to go back to work until Thursday, but she has to teach Katie's school tomorrow. I love it when she teaches, because she teaches from the couch and I lay on her and supervise.

We are furry glad to see 2012 go away cuz a lot of us haf experienced much too much heartache this year. But one bright spot through it all is the love of you furs and your mom and all of our frends here in MCV.
