I MITE haff a case fur you:
Mommy had to sleep sumwhere else last nite .So she wuzn't home to sleep wiff me. Maybe she told me an I furgot cuz she camed home REEL urly dis morning an I ran (well walked reel fast) frum her bed ) like "Where were you? " Den she went back to sleep fur awhile. But afpurr she woke up She apawlogized to me dis morning by petting me ober an ober an saying how much she luffs me.
Spencer (finking he's gonna lose dis case BIG time. But dat's OK. Cuz Mommy's hair looks Terribull! I still luff her ennyway )

Hmmm...I don't think there's much of a case here, Spencer, since she already paid when she woke up. If it happens again, though, let me know and I will write her a warning letter.
