not a pro but it looks like a juvenile mussarana (clelia clelia)
That's a Tantilla melanocephala, closely related to the Crowned Snakes of the southern US.

yes, as mentioned by the other poster, it's definitely a Tantilla melanocephela (aka 'Black-headed Snake' ). This is an example of a juvenile Mussurana (Clelia clelia) that was previously mentioned.
