I am new to milk snakes and have been lookin for a brite color specimen with good temperment. I'm impressed with hondurans but hear they can bite a lot.

Also is their a good book on hondurans that is avalable? At some point I want to maybe breed them and would like to read up as much on them as I can.

I appreciate any help or advice.

I have 5 adult and juvinile hondurans, as well as three hatchlings. They rarely bite. All my adults are for the most part very gentle while the juviniles are getting there. The hatchlings are pretty calm, I've only been bittten once or twice since they hatched.

I appreciate the inputs. Picked up my new black albnio honduran over the weekend and very excited about her. She already did nail the girlfriend twice, but is calming down since holding her every day.
