Question: Ultramel Corns in New Jersey?

Just wondering if it is legal to ship ultramel corn snake morph combos to New Jersey? I am aware that they do not normally allow corn snakes with dark pupils, but ultramels have darker or ruby colored pupils only due to a trait that was borrowed from the black rat snake, and I'm not sure if ultramels are okay to have in New Jersey or not. Anybody know?
