Hello,
I have been looking into the difference between Ornate vs. plain Nile monitor. I thought I had a plain Nile but, when I went to a pet store three people all agreed it was an Ornate. It has a black/ blue-ish tongue. It looks like there are 7 to 9 rows between the front and back limbs. I apologize but, I can't figure out how to post the pictures on here from my iphone or desktop. If anyone would care to comment or send an email that I can send the pics to that would be great. Or if there is an easy way to post pics here I would love to know.
