Hello, I have what may seem like a silly question but why do some het boas look to have some visual aspects to them?
For example there is a albino Het Leopard boa for sale on this site right now but looking at the picture it doesn't look like a normal albino. It looks to have some visual leopard qualities to it?

thanks

I am no expert on this, but your post intrigues me. One thing that did strike me is that you do see this with some other hets. For example, in the ball python world, if the snake is het Pied, it will most of the time have the tell-tale markers on the tail. So, it is entirely possible that there is a trend with certain genes and traits when the animal is carrying those genes/traits. I am not sure why, and it definitely doesn't show with a lot of hets. I have heard some theories out there. Something to keep an eye on. Take care!
