Tiger Blood Bulls

hermanbronsgeest Jan 01, 2017 11:05 AM

Some of my 2014 hold backs, one Tiger Blood female (second pic) and one Super Blood Tiger male (first pic).

So far, the Blood gene appears to behave like a single codominant heterosomal trait. Males are always the super form, whereas females seem to come in two distinct phases: either a bright shade of fire engine red (heterozygous) or a deep and rather dark shade of blood red (homozygous).

Both are awesome.

Wow. Now that is a red (or orange) bullsnake. Stunning.

So how do I get one of these gems?

Well, you'd have to come and pick them up, either at my home in The Netherlands, or at the Houten or Hamm reptile markets.

I expect to produce some very nice Red Tigers, Blood Red Tigers, and normal patterned Blood Red Bulls, somewhere around early august. Drop me a line, if you're serious about this.

Thanks!

In real life, their colors are actually much more vibrant.

I'm a terrible photographer, LOL.
