This snake is living in our backyard fish pond. We have a water pond with cichlids in it. What kind of snake is this? We live in Bonita Springs, FL. This is Southwest Florida, Lee County.

its a water snake (banded?). he is there to eat your fish. you might want to relocate him if you don't want him doing that.
