I recently purchased a female western hog to breed with my male. I just wanted to know what is the best way to get a female up to breeding weight? She currently is sitting at 92 grams, and everything I have read said 250-300 grams. Any tips?

Uh.. food and time.
You mean for 2018 breeding season? My advice is to wait until 2019 if she is a young hoggie and still small.
Plus 150 grams, mate her. I've done it many times. Just make sure she's a "stocky" 150
