Milk snake

If it’s a milk snake what kind of milk
It doesn’t fit
Someone told me it’s a querataro king snake

That looks like a Queretaro kingsnake, also known as a Ruthven's kingsnake. They are high plateau dwelling kingsnakes, in pine-oak forest and thorn forest in an area in Mexico that is suffering from habitat loss due to deforestation.

These snakes do best with a warm area about 82 and a cooler background area. They need a moist hide during warm weather. Don't let them get too warm or too dry. Nice snakes.
