How do I give my gecko calcium supplimen

My crested gecko has MBD and needs calcium suppliment. How should I go about giving it to him? I cannot put it on his crickets as I let his crickets free roam around his cage, and it will come off. How much should I put in his Pangea diet? If I give him a scoop of Pangea, how much calcium should go in that?
