taxonomic status of Bungarus sp.

Hi ,
I would like to know the taxonomic staus of Bungarus walli and Bungarus sindanus.Are these the same or are they sub species of caeruleus?

They are currently both treated as subspecies of B. sindanus (which is a separate species from B. caeruleus. Having said that, a good revision of the entire genus is definitely overdue.

"Good" taxonomic revisions are always welcome. Taxonomic revisions that are based on an ideological intolerance of paraphyletic taxa or on invalid species concepts such as the so-called evolutionary species concept or the phylogenetic species concept are definitely not good ideas.
