Need a source for info on Korean snakes

I am stationed in Korea (ROK) with the US Air Force and was looking for a source of information on snakes in the country. I haven't come across any live ones yet... but I found one in the road that wasn't fast enough. It looked like a Rainbow Water Snake, but I'm not sure if they exist this far north. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
